My work spans the body, dance, writing, embodied arts, neurodiversity, ritual, goddess devotion, group journeying and 1:1 mentorship.

The core of my work is devoted to the alive, sensate wisdom that pulses through all of life and which is felt through the body, heart and senses.

I love following and inhabiting that organic intelligence, which often reveals itself in the most unexpected places — when we are able to submit to what is real.
