Imagine this…
In other words, you’re a neurodiverse witch.
You’ve always been porous. You walk into a room and immediately sense what people are feeling.
You have a feral radar for what isn’t being spoken and your environment impacts you deeply. Pain, pleasure, and ordinary, everyday moments are often charged with intensity. You’re wired differently, and you often feel a bit — maybe a lot — weird.
There often isn’t enough room in the day for you to metabolise everything you feel so you easily end up frazzled and overstimulated.
Your body wants to move and express in ways that make you stick out.
You don’t make sense inside of the dominant culture, and when you attempt to squish yourself into conformity, you end up ill, overwhelmed, depleted or depressed.
It’s likely that neurodiversity speak has supported you — somewhat — but it often feels dry.
Deep down you know that, underneath the reductive pathology, there is something much more sparkly, juicy and alive.
You perceive and experience the world in a unique way.
Your pattern recognition skills orient you to the magic that is always just beneath the surface.
You’ve tried turning ‘off’ your sensitivity, only to find out it doesn’t really work like that.
You might have believed the story that you’re simply weaker, less capable, or that life will always be a struggle for you.
Babe, I’m here to tell you that another way is possible!
Your sensitivity isn’t a curse.
Your weirdness isn’t a barrier.
Your feral, sensory superpowers are exactly that: Superpowers.
It’s likely you’ve already had a taste of this…
The depth of feeling you are capable of can open your body and heart to psychedelic states of beauty and love in the most mundane of moments.
Your capacity for pattern recognition, combined with your ability to read the room, gives you an instinctual compass that has probably saved you from some pretty sticky situations already.
Your empathic attunement to others has brought you closer to those you love.
Your feral weirdness — even if it’s not well received — liberates the spaces that you enter.
The truth is babe, you don’t need to shrink your sensitivity to cope with life…
– You need to cultivate it.
– You need to protect it.
– You need to celebrate it.
When you learn how to work with your sensory gifts, and not against them, your neurodiversity becomes your neurodivinity: a magical wellspring of aliveness, instinctual direction and spiritual communion.
When you get underneath the pathologies, mental narratives and projections around sensitivity and neurodiversity, and come into direct, embodied contact with it… Instead of frying you, it brings you into felt intimacy with the swirling ecosystem of life pulsing in and around you.
When you make space for your unedited, instinctual body to lead the way… Your weirdness becomes a gateway.
A gateway to:
Deeper embodiment.
Radical self-trust.
Increased aliveness.
Less fucks given.
A more magical life.
And it’s time to open the fucking gate.
Mythic Sensory Reboot is an experiential workshop for neurodiverse witches who are ready to reclaim the embodied gifts of their sensitivity.
It’s for the woman who knows she’s wired differently, and senses that there is more to her neurodiversity than being constantly overwhelmed by life. She knows that there is more to neurodiversity than the dry, mental frameworks offered up by our diagnosis-crazy overculture. She’s ready to make space for her outside-the-lines sensory gifts to become a force of nourishment and wisdom in her life.
Mythic Sensory Reboot will guide you into an embodied experience of Sensitivity As Superpower.
This will be a space to Reboot: to clear out clogged up sensory pathways and recalibrate your sensitivity to a frequency of visceral Love.
In a responsive group field and via somatic, sensory practices designed specifically for the neurodiverse nervous system, you will learn in real time how to work with your sensory gifts to generate more aliveness, coherence and pleasure in your body.
Together, we will practice re-orienting towards our sensitivity as a gift - not as a mental idea, but as a tangible, felt reality.
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other feral neurodiverse witches – a balm for those of us who’ve had the experience of being ‘too weird’ to fit neatly into any one box.
Meet Your Guide, Sophie
I’ve always been a bit weird.
When I discovered I was autistic in 2020, things began to make a bit more sense.
But I found that the language of diagnosis, identity and pathology didn’t fit the whole of my experience. I knew in my cells that my differences were more mystical than how the culture had laid it all out for me.
The way I experienced and perceived life — even though highly challenging to navigate at times — felt encoded with gifts and magic. I began exploring my sensory awareness and neurodiversity from a different perspective to the one that had been handed to me — one that acknowledged my difference not just as something purely physical or mental, but mythical and embodied also. Through a lot of (sometimes rocky!) life experience, and through many initiations of learning what happens when I don’t listen to my sensory superpowers, I continue to apprentice to my neurodivinity and learn how to take care of and attune to my sensitivity as a way of coming into deeper relationship with myself and Life. It’s not a linear process and for me, it isn’t about perfecting myself, but about embodying who I am — mess and all — more deeply.
I’ve been holding group and 1:1 spaces for the last 7 years and I love supporting other feral, neurodiverse witches to unfuck themselves from any narrative of wrongness they might have received, inhabit their quirks and authenticity, and unlock the power and wisdom encoded in their sensory perceptive skills.
My work is based deeply in the body — meaning that I take my cues and inspiration from my own sensory messaging system! I love guiding people to the place underneath words and underneath the mind, where we can experience the goddess through our felt sense as an ever-changing, tangible presence of Love — even inside of dense and crunchy experiences.
Although I have many tools to share with you, this workshop is more of a transmission for you to deeply claim and trust your own sensory gifts — meaning that I encourage you to follow what YOUR system needs, rather than giving you a prescriptive method.

"For so long I wondered what was wrong with me and why I couldn't operate like other people. I hid, masked and exhausted myself, and finally I'm realising it's just who I am and it's a gift to be this weird and strange. This is the first time I've really found anyone who is able to communicate from a really deep well of wisdom around this" - M, reader of my e-book
"This course has been a safe, womb-like exploration of my deepest self, alongside others. I have never experienced a space with other neurodivergent women, where I feel totally at ease and able to be myself and be really curious as to what that means. Sophie is such an authentic and attentive space-holder - her realness has been the best kind of permission slip and has given space for me to embody these practices in a way that is right for me. Everyone has brought their own gifts to the mix, and I feel like I've learned a lot from the other women involved. Truly, thank you for creating this space and for sharing your experiences, learnings and all-round loveliness with us" - R, student of Unmask
"I felt a strong sense of reconnection to my power and my innate desire to protect myself. My fire, my joy, and my playfulness felt so much more easily available to me than they typically do. What I enjoy most about your style is that you really let the body lead the whole session, without demonizing the mind. It's also quite obvious that you truly embody what you're facilitating and I can feel it in my own body, which is so magic and helpful" - S, 1:1 client
This workshop is for you if…
You’re a feral, weird woman and you don’t easily fit into any boxes
You resonate with neurodiversity speak but it can also feel dry and lacking in something more alive and magical
You have a neurodiversity diagnosis or not
You’re highly sensitive and deeply impacted by your environment and others
You can get frazzled by how much information your body picks up on, and you long to come into a more nourishing relationship with your sensitivity
You sense there is more to your sensitivity than overwhelm and you’re ready to reclaim the embodied gifts of your neurodivinity
You want to embrace more of your weirdness and you know there’s magic in the mess — even if it feels a little bit edgy or scary
Life is inherently mystical to you. You sense magic on ordinary moments. You live in devotion to what is true..
This workshop is not for you if…
You want a space to obsess or mentally masturbate over your diagnosis — although there might be a place for this, it’s not here!
You aren’t a woman
You want to get rid of or minimise your sensitivity — this workshop isn’t about becoming a perfectly regulated human being, become more ‘neurotypical’ or eradicating dysregulation or overwhelm. Instead, it’s an invitation to radically lean into and trust the unfolding intelligence of your own body – including the messy parts of your experience — and build relationship with your sensory system as a compass, divination tool, ally and support. It’s a space for you to get cosy with your feral nature and see what she has to say.
FAQs
Do I need a neurodiversity diagnosis to join?
Absolutely not. And you’re also welcome if you have one. This workshop is about getting underneath diagnostic language and frameworks, and into the direct experience of contacting our neurodivinity and sensory superpowers!
I’m really dysregulated at the moment, will this space be supportive for me?
My intention is that this is a space where you can hopefully meet that dysregulation, move it through your system, and perhaps even encounter the intelligence it contains! I’ll also be inviting you to trust your own pace and body-wisdom, so if anything doesn’t feel right for you, you are welcome to follow what does. Being held in a co-regultatory field of other sensitive, neurodiverse nervous systems will also hopefully bring some more support to your system.
Do I need to be on camera during the call?
Nope, you can show up in a way that supports your needs for privacy or expression!
I’m just beginning the discovery process that I may be wired differently… Is this workshop for me?
Yes. This workshop is the perfect space to get curious about your embodied, sensory differences.
I already know my sensitivity is a superpower! Will I still receive something from this workshop?
I believe that you will - our sensory gifts are always communicating to us in realtime, so every time we come into direct, embodied contact with them, we can learn something new, or experience something more deeply!
Will this workshop magically cure all my problems?
No! But it will offer you a space and tools to inhabit the deeper intelligence of your unique sensory system, which can support you amidst life’s natural ups and downs.
