About Me

I am a deeply sensate autistic woman who loves to feel and contact the aliveness embedded within my everyday, felt experience - in all its flavours.

I am devoted to the path of the Body. Through various embodied pathways - somatics, movement, dance, art and writing - my work is about liberating instinct, opening to the exquisite aliveness of being in a body, and reclaiming the sensate intelligence of the feeling, human experience. A devotional, curious and embodied relationship with life, in all its mundane wonder, is what keeps me (mostly!) sane.

My activism is rooted in the re-sanctification of our embodied humanity. I am a passionate advocate for the innate wisdom and nourishment that all embodied states of being and feeling can contain - including the more challenging and crunchy ones that are often culturally exiled.

I love exploring the intersection between neurodiversity, somatics and mysticism. My own sensory dispositions and needs for more 'body-up' ways of learning and being alive in the world fuels and feeds my research and offerings. I write more about this on my Substack
here.

I am endlessly curious about the spontaneous, non-linear wisdom of the Body and I am dedicated to holding spaces where this stream of information can be heard more clearly.

Currently I offer online and in-person group courses, 1:1 sessions and movement & embodiment classes. The spaces that I hold are experiential, somatic learning environments where I support people to inhabit their bodies more fully, to be themselves more honestly, and to be with the mess and mud of what it is to be human with more permission and aliveness. My approach is spontaneous, body-led, and responsive to my environment.

I have been facilitating group & 1:1 spaces for the last 7 years. I am deeply informed by my studies with the Deep Feminine Mystery School & Maya Luna, contemporary somatic dance practices such as Axis Syllabus and Contact Improvisation, and my own lived experience and felt relationship with the goddess & the natural world. In 2019 I completed an MA in Creative Writing, researching the intersection between movement, somatics and words.

In my spare time, I love communing with nature, being silly with my friends, cooking and/or eating excellent food, slowness and enjoying beauty.
