I am a lover of the body, a neurodiverse artist, a dancer and a somatic explorer and guide.

My work seeks to liberate instinct and reclaim the sensate wisdom and aliveness of the feeling, human experience. 

Multiplicitous by nature, in my spaces & offerings I blend my passions for the deep feminine, neurodiversity, dance, somatics, writing and a devotional, animist & embodied relationship with life. My primary compass in life is my body, and you will feel this in all the different expressions of my work.

I currently offer 1:1 coaching, group immersions & courses and movement classes, online and in-person in the UK. I’m also a writer and a dance & visual artist.
